Quand on partait de bon matin, quand on partait sur les chemins, à bicyclette…
- “La Bicyclette”, Yves Montand.

I want to ride my bicycle
I want to ride my bike
I want to ride my bicycle
I want to ride it where I like
- Queen, “Bicycle Race”.

Wheels, spokes, turning the pedals, the whirring sound of your bike…look at the scenery, breath in and out gently, recharge your batteries…
A little effort in return for a sense of enormous wellbeing!

That little extra touch: unfold your tablecloth and set up your lunch “table” amidst the vines…
